Care Partners Project was created from experience and the need to give more support to our care givers that give of themselves solely to support their loved ones. We want them to know they are valued, supported and never alone.

Our Mission is to serve every Care Partner through our easy to use resources, community building groups and innovative online support products.

Our Philosophy

We are a company driven on the development of community, easy to use resources that give our clients back their time. Streamline the communication between those that need information on the patient. Creates outlets, connections and provide other people who care the ability to participate in both the patient and the care givers wants and wishes.

Where we are bringing together a community of people that are dedicated to those they care for but are often isolated and being social can be hard to do. We have put together a space where we can share our stories, strategies and our struggles. No one understands the life of a care giver like another care giver.
